Gift vouchers and credit notes
Existing gift vouchers purchased before the 16th of September 2015 cannot be redeemed in any of our physical stores.
Outstanding credit notes for all sales before the 16th of September 2015 cannot be redeemed in any of our physical stores.
Customer returns for faulty garments
Customer returns are covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act and all faulty garments will be sent to our Head Office for review.
VIP Reward Vouchers
Points will be accrued for all full price sales after September 16, 2015
Points prior to September 16, 2016 are no longer valid
Lay-bys
A 20% Deposit must be made for all Laybys.
If the Layby payment is not completed within 4 weeks from the date of purchase, the goods will be returned to stock. In such cases the rights of the buyer and seller are set out in section 9 of the Layby Sales Act of 1971.
A handling charge of 20% of the value of the sale will be made on the cancellation of each Layby sale.
Tender type
American Express is no longer accepted as payment type.
Cheques are no longer accepted in store.
Price and Payment Options
All prices and shipping costs are stated in New Zealand dollars. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Pay Pal as terms of payment. The name that will appear on your statement will be Gabriella. Please see our delivery policy for more information regarding shipping costs.

Returning goods bought as special offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (i.e. Buy 2 for $40) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy promotion you will be refunded the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases ("Buy 1 Get 1 Free”, or "Get the lowest priced item free”), you must return any free items of vouchers back for us before we can process your refund.

Product Information
All sizes are based off standard New Zealand sizing. All sizes are approximate; however we do attempt to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the size guide for measurements.
We attempt to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website. However we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product.
We undertake reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and products prices appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant content was entered into our website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay in the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position of a certain product may change between this time period. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before your order has been accepted we will notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged for out of stock items.

Delivery
Delivery within New Zealand
Delivery within 5 working days to most New Zealand destinations for orders with payment received before midday (NZST) on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Rural deliveries can take up to 2 working days longer.
Since items may ship directly from our stores or from our warehouse, your purchase may arrive in more than once package and at different times.
Delivery to Australia
All deliveries to Australia will take between 7 – 14 working days.

Shipping to Australia:
FREE SHIPPING on all Australian orders over $200.
Australian orders under $200 will incur a $25 fee.
Australian Customers Please Note:
Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.
Online Returns
Gabriella is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, please return it your item back to our distribution centre in its original condition with all labels and swing tags attached. Unworn and saleable merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment, provided it’s accompanied by an original Gabr sales receipt and with all original tags attached.
Any garments returned for either an exchange or refund are returned at the purchasers expense - that is, the customer pays for the courier or postage back to Gabriella.
Gabriella will cover the cost of returning exchanged items to the original purchaser. We cannot refund courier or postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Worn, damaged or altered merchandise may not be exchanged, returned or refunded

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. However, we do use other companies and individuals to perform services on our behalf, such as delivering packages, sending mail or emails and processing payments. They will have access to your personal information in order to perform these services, but are not authorised to use your information for any other purpose.
